Sunrise Electric & Electronic Co. Ltd. was established in 1992 in Foshan (PR China), and until now it has developed to one of the worldwide leading fabricators for toroidal inductances, electronic transformer, power transformer and chokes. In the meantime more than 5000 employees work for Eaglerise-Group (formerly Sunrise) on the 4 continents. Just in R&D and its 12 different product areas about 300 technicians and engineers are employed. With their expertise and experience they further progress the products our customers as well as to realize the own high-end products.

In the last few years the focus of Sunrise was directed on the overseas business. In 2001 Shanghai Sunrise E&E and Sunrise E&E USA started to operate in Shanghai and California. In 2003 Sunrise Power Transformer GmbH was established in Hamburg. Apart from selling products and developing the markets, all sales offices also support the customers and help with technical, commercial and logistical concerns.Sunrise has today, together with our sales partners in New Zealand, Australia and the USA, a broad network to provide our customers an excellent service.

The Eaglerise-Group covers a broad product spectrum. Did the success in the beginning rest upon toroidal transformers and electronic transformers, is it today totally different. The requirements have changed and the products range from high frequency smallest-inductances, electronic power supplies, components for light technique, chokes and power transformers up to 4000KVA. Thereby the development and production of toroidal inductances is still of great importance. Just only in our head quarter in Foshan we produce more than 8 million pieces of toroidal transformers per year, which are requested by the main industries, e.g. light technique, power supply and audio technique etc.

In the process of market changes also the emphases in the product groups have been relocated. Nowadays the product design is more and more affected by industrial applications and requirements.
